ITKO LISA Customer Story: Leading North American Bank

A leading North American bank was facing a performance testing issue for more than 70+ unique
systems they had acquired and integrated. Their HP LoadRunner test lab would sit idle until the
applications had a User Interface, with access to the underlying SAP mainframes to test against, and
the other dependent Services running on the ESB that they needed. That meant performance of all the
components couldn't be validated until very late in the lifecycle, when service level problems were hardest to correct.
