ITKO Announces Robert Humphrey as Chief Marketing Officer


DALLAS, TX, April 6, 2011 -- ITKO, the leading provider of enterprise application virtualization and optimization solutions, today announced that Robert Humphrey has joined the company as Chief Marketing Officer. Mr. Humphrey will lead ITKO's worldwide marketing organization, drawing upon his extensive track record and prior experience in both sales and marketing leadership roles in high tech companies.

Mr. Humphrey has held a wide range of executive management positions in high growth technology organizations.

He joins ITKO from Infor Global Solutions where he was Chief Marketing Officer of that $2 billion enterprise software company. Prior to that at McAfee, he held the position of Senior Vice President of Worldwide Field Marketing, where he led that company's transition to leadership in the enterprise security marketplace.

Humphrey began his career in technology at Unisys Corporation where he spent 9 years in a variety of sales and sales leadership roles. He then helped The Strifler Group grow over 400% in less than 2 years. At i2 Technologies, he served as its Senior Vice President and led i2's Marketing and Alliances during that company's explosive growth from $20 Million in revenue to over $1 Billion in approximately five years. At venture capital firm Insight Capital Partners, Humphrey served as Venture Partner assisting portfolio companies in the areas of sales and marketing. He also served as Chief Strategy and Marketing Officer of Citadel Security Software until it was acquired by McAfee.
