Our ManagementShridhar Mittal, President and CEO Shridhar joined ITKO in September 2005. He has an accomplished executive career leading global teams in marketing, sales, implementation, and business development of software applications. Prior to ITKO, he held several key management roles during a 10-year tenure at i2, including CMO, SVP and GM of the High-Tech Business Unit, and VP of eBusiness solutions. His deep understanding of sales management, product management, development and end customer business needs were essential in helping i2 grow from a startup to a world-class enterprise software company. He started his career as an applications engineer for Ford Motor Company. Shridhar holds software and process engineering patents, and earned Ph.D. and M.S. degrees in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University and SUNY Buffalo, respectively. John Michelsen, Chief Technology Officer and Founder John Michelsen is ITKO's Founder, CTO, and an industry thought leader on composite application architecture and development. He is published in countless journals and quoted as an industry leader to the business community. He has been a hands-on technology executive at his own companies and Trilogy Software, Agency.com, Eagle River Interactive, and Sabre Inc. Michelsen has been exploiting technology for over 20 years, with patented innovations in areas like OODBMS, middleware, SOA, model driven architectures, and cloud. Jon Lauck, Chief Operating Officer With more than 25 years of experience in high growth technology organizations, Mr. Lauck has held a wide range of executive management positions at Oracle, Parametric Technologies, Chatham Technologies (acquired by Flextronics Corporation), and Fuego (acquired by BEA) where he was Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Lauck has been on ITKO's Board of Advisors for over two years, where he advised on corporate strategy and watched ITKO's LISA product deliver increasing strategic value to a growing range of industry leading enterprise customers. Ruston Vickers, Executive VP Research & Development and Founder As co-founder and leader of LISA R&D efforts, Ruston has been instrumental in advancing ITKO's capabilities and product suite. Vickers manages all customer product deployment and he is the lead developer of LISA's integration frameworks, which has helped clients gain tremendous extensibility and quality within complex IT environments. Prior to ITKO, at AGENCY.COM and EDS, Ruston designed and built solutions for world-class clients such as British Airways, Enron, VHA, Sprint, Motorola, Cendant Financial, Comerica, Allstate, USFreightways, Answer Financial, IBM, Halliburton, American Airlines/AACargo, and General Motors. Early in his career, Ruston developed some of the first highly interactive online experiences for EDS, General Motors and Dr. Martens. He worked closely with Netscape and Macromedia during development of new technologies for dynamic and streaming content delivery. Lee Constantino, Chief Financial Officer Lee brings over 10 years of financial and operational leadership experience in venture-backed start-up high tech companies. Most recently, Lee was the CFO at Ignite Technologies, Inc., Frisco, TX, a software-as-a-service content distribution company. Prior to Ignite, Lee was the CFO at Fuego, Inc., Plano, TX, an emerging software company which was acquired by BEA Systems, Inc. At Fuego, Lee was responsible for finance, accounting, legal, operations and professional services. Before Fuego, Lee was the Vice President, Finance and Operations of MindFlow Technologies, Inc., a venture-backed software company in Plano, TX. Prior to MindFlow, Lee was the Controller and Director of Business Operations at Netensity, Inc., Plano, TX, a venture-backed start-up high tech company. He has also been a Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers in Dallas, TX, where he focused on the high tech industry and gained valuable start-up, SEC, and IPO experience. Before that, he was a Financial Analyst at Sandler O'Neill & Partners in New York City, where he obtained merger & acquisition experience. Lee holds a B.S. in Accounting from the State University of New York at Geneseo, an MBA from Penn State University and is a Certified Public Accountant in Texas. Robert Humphrey, Chief Marketing Officer Mr. Humphrey has held a wide range of executive management positions in high growth technology organizations. He joins ITKO from Infor Global Solutions where he was Chief Marketing Officer of that $2 billion enterprise software company. Prior to that at McAfee, he held the position of Senior Vice President of Worldwide Field Marketing, where he led that company's transition to leadership in the enterprise security marketplace. Humphrey began his career in technology at Unisys Corporation where he spent 9 years in a variety of sales and sales leadership roles. He then helped The Strifler Group grow over 400% in less than 2 years. At i2 Technologies, he served as its Senior Vice President and led i2's Marketing and Alliances during that company's explosive growth from $20 Million in revenue to over $1 Billion in approximately five years. At venture capital firm Insight Capital Partners, Humphrey served as Venture Partner assisting portfolio companies in the areas of sales and marketing. He also served as Chief Strategy and Marketing Officer of Citadel Security Software until it was acquired by McAfee. Howard Sewell, Senior VP, Global Sales With 20 years of experience in sales and management, Howard Sewell is known for building strong teams. Prior to coming to ITKO, Howard held the role of Regional Sales Director at Mercury Interactive (now HP Software), where he managed the sales team for the South region, and was a repeat top performer for the business technology optimization vendor. Howard's past sales management positions include Area Sales Director at Business Objects, a business intelligence software company, as well as Regional Manager at Oracle Corporation, an application software firm. Howard graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Texas. Satendar Bhatia, Senior VP, Global Alliances & APAC In the interconnected, interoperable world of SOA technology, relationships are key. Satendar joined ITKO in July 2006 to manage key partnerships with technology and services providers. Prior to ITKO, he was VP of Strategic Alliances at ICS, a leading systems integrator, where he built partnerships with SAP, i2, Oracle, Accenture and others. Before ICS, Satendar spent 10 years at i2 with roles spanning consulting, customer support & services, business development and alliances. A graduate of Case Western Reserve University in Ohio, he started his career as a SCM consultant followed by program managing major implementations at 3M and TI. He then went on to direct and build instrumental revenue-generating support operations consisting of about 150 consultants for i2 in India and South Asia. He spent his last year at i2 managing Alliances with Microsoft & TCS and buliding go to market relationships with top IT services firms Infosys, Patni, Satyam and Wipro. Anuj Gulati, Senior VP, Services Anuj has held senior leadership management positions in technology organizations, where he driven growth and delivered transformational results. He joins ITKO from JDA Software, where he was Vice President of Professional Services, managing world-wide operations for their $225MM services business. Prior to that, he was Vice President of Services at i2 Technologies (bought by JDA software), where he was responsible for the profitability of their $120MM services business. At i2 Technologies he grew the services margin by more than 50%, over a 2 year period. Prior to that, he held a number of leadership roles, including Country Manager for the India region, where he grew revenue 5 fold in 18 months. Anuj began his career in at United Technologies where he spent 10 years in a variety of sales, sales management and General Management roles. Anuj has a BS in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin. Jason English, VP Marketing Communications Jason joined ITKO in January 2004, bringing years of experience in executing marketing plans and designing customer-facing business processes for technology and consumer companies such as HP, IBM, EDS, Delphi, TaylorMade, Sun, Realm, Adaptec, Motorola and Sprint. As Executive Producer of the in2action interactive consulting unit at i2 Technologies, he was responsible for outbound messaging during a period of extreme growth, as well as working directly with clients to build easy-to-learn workflows and front-ends to B2B collaboration systems. Prior to that, he served as one of the first "Information Architects," managing customer experience for Fortune 500 clients at Agency.com.
